It is my great pleasure and honour to invite you to the 4th National Heart Failure Seminar (NAHFAS) which will be held on
September 23-24, 2022 at CCEC, Bangsar South, KL. This is the very first time in which the seminar will be hosted outside
of Hospital Serdang, and the event will be co-organised by the Cardiology and Pharmacy Departments of Hospital
Serdang. Last year, NAHFAS 3.0 was conducted on a digital platform due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This time, we welcome
you back with open arms in line with our theme, “Breath in an Endemic Era”, indicating that we have survived the pandemic
and will continue to deliver the best care to our patients.

We wish to gather healthcare professionals; including cardiologists, family medicine specialists, general practitioners, doctors,
pharmacists, nurses, and paramedics nationwide to join this two-day event. The topics will range from basic to advanced heart
failure, bridging the gap between primary and tertiary care for heart failure as well as pulmonary hypertension management.
We sincerely hope that by the end of the seminar, you will have had an unforgettable experience and ultimately bring some
improvement to your daily practice.
